Returns

As all of our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for you, making it exempt from standard return rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Despite our no-returns policy, we will always make it right if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect. Get in touch at hello@tamburrinis.com, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tamburrinis.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
